Experience
Over the course of the last fifteen years I have had many roles. Developer, designer, animator, videographer, editor, and consultant.
Grand Family Dentistry allowed me to be accountable for all stages of digital marketing, Social media, new patient procurment, and day to day website upkeep. I was also the go to for any technical issues that would arrive at any of thier three offices. Tasks included website updates, banner ad creation, social media auditing, review posting, contest video filming and editing, brochure and advert design, and search engine optimization.
As the in house Digital Media Developer for Orthosynetics, I worked with the marketing team maintaining, upgrading and developing websites, search engine optimization, social media, and videos for Orthodontic offices all over the United States. One of my tasks was migrating and trouble shooting over 160 sites. Other responsibilities were revamping office sites from Photoshop files to ensure cross platform compatibility and fast load times.
The Law Offices of Kunin and Carman needed a new website to showcase their Lawyers and different areas of practice in the greater Las Vegas area. They wanted a calm and informative site that potential clients could research and educate themselves, through streaming audio of the Lawyers radio show and descriptions of services. The new site that I developed breaks each practice section down into digestible areas while keeping a compassionate overall tone.
Videography, editing, web development, and general IT tasks were the focus of my work with Key Publishing Group out of Vancouver Washington. Work included on-site videography at their world renowned L.A. trade show. When I wasn't readying video clips for the web, time was spent archiving years of previous footage and working with the marking and blog team updating ads and interactive floor maps.
As a Flash animator I created numerous three minute long infomercials for varying companies. To create these short animated movies I would work from a voice track and create the over all look and feel while following the tracks direction. At the end of each of these shorts there would be a call to action which would lead to the respective companies website.
As Blackstone Edge's go to web developer my responsibilities included creating new websites for both the design firm and their clients. Some were coded in HTML, Flash, and CSS. Sites included Southland Windows and Blackstone Edge.
While subcontracting for Aeshen, I animated between three and ten minute long tutorials and explanations of Microsoft's Forefront Security Suite. These included slides and motion graphics detailing the security process.
Between and during most of my other gigs I have continued freelance work with many clients. Please see some examples below.
